Endnote find full text issue and sciencedirect e-journal access issue

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am using reference manager ‘Endnote X9’. When I find the full text option not able to access university subscription option. I have tried it set manually, the instruction given in the off campus access page.
“eProxy Address (If you set manually)
https://eproxy.pusan.ac.kr/link.n2s?url=
* Do not omit “https”
It seems the eproxy address is not updated one.
Another issue, On-campus access e-journals is the problem. For eg. ScienceDirect journal article shows “you have institutional access”. But not access the articles. The problem is it have old URL http://pulip.pusan.ac.kr/index.ax, not updated the new URL.
Please guide me to solve the above issues. Thanks in advance.
