That’s why governments set themselves an urgent task today and, in the future, to ensure the effective formation, functioning, and development of e-government, e-business, e-commerce, and other systems. E-government is a public administration system based on automating the entire set of management processes across the country and serving the purpose of significantly improving the efficiency of public administration and reducing the costs of social commu-nications for each member of society. The creation of e-government involves the construction of a nationally distributed public administration system that imple-ments the solution of a full range of tasks related to document management and processing processes. This system effectively manages government organizations and provides the public with fast and efficient administrative services through the electronic systematization of knowledge and information inside and outside gov-ernment organizations. In other words, e-government can be called a government in the knowledge and information society, which uses information technology to innovate in administrative work and provide high-quality administrative services to the population effectively. The tasks of e-government include the electronic processing of public services, electronic processing of electronic transactions be-tween people and business-to-business (G2C, G2B), as well as electronic process-ing of intra-government information. Business processing of internal government agencies and intergovernmental business (G2G), namely the creation of a state informatization fund. It is the government that increases significantly the produc-tivity and efficiency of administrative work by integrating the administrative infor-mation system into a high-speed information and communication network. Business is considered key to economic performance in creating innovative changes and operating facilities of manufacturing, utilities, and social infrastruc-ture, as well as providing public benefits and services, through developing of these sectors new jobs are created, productivity and competitiveness are increased, pov-erty is alleviated and societal goals are achieved, in particular by helping specific population groups to help themselves. They play a crucial role in the formation and development of the Uzbek economy. Every year normative acts are adopted in particular fields in our country. Newly adopted and long-acting solutions some-times come into conflict with each other because of intensively changing econom-ic conditions. Confirming certain conditions and opportunities of Uzbekistan, our authorities are still searching for ways to modernize and develop infrastructure. In that way, small businesses and private entrepreneurship assist to achieve the par-ticular goal as well as have great importance for overcoming poverty, accumulat-ing human capital, and increasing the welfare of the country and adopting quickly for changing economic conditions. Usage of blockchain technology in business processes can avoid common pitfalls like inexperienced management, and lack of financial stability, small businesses suffer a mortality rate significantly higher than that of larger, more established businesses primarily because of limited resources, poor operations STARS International University 207 management, lack of experience, poor financial management, over-investing in fixed assets, poor credit practices, failure to plan, inappropriate location, lack of inventory control and etc. Nowadays all business owners it is needed to use digitalization by knowing their business in depth, developing a solid busi-ness plan, managing financial resources, understanding financial statements, and learning to manage people effectively. As the private sector is attracted to providing public benefits and services in the infrastructure sector, so in its usage of blockchain technology plays an important structural and dynamic role in all economies. Figure 1. Key components of the business In conclusion from the above considerations, an authorial definition has been developed based on a study of the approaches expressed by scientists to the concept of business. According to him, “Business is a type of business activity of individuals and legal entities in the system of market relations, as well as ac-tivities aimed at generating income and other positive benefits in the field of production and services. “This is stated in Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity”. It differs from the definition of “entrepreneurial activity aimed at gaining income (profit)” as an activity aimed not only at economic benefits but also at positive social and spiritual benefits [19]. Today, there is also a fanciful type of business that reflects creativity and innovation, unique approaches in the minds of people. A funky business is a type of business that goes beyond certain patterns, requires new Global dunyoda ilm-fan va ta‘limdagi innovatsion rivojlanishning zamonaviy trendlari 15 dekabr, 2022 yil. 208 innovations, and changes the form of management. It was noted that Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google, which are mainly large companies in this business, have a unique and unique role. It should be noted that these high-tech giants have further developed despite the pandemic, and the total revenue has increased by 40%. DISCUSSION OF THE RESULTS Business activities add to the development of Japan, both externally and in- ternally. Internal factors include the size, the amount and its distribution, tech-nological degree, the method of labor organization, evaluation policy, and so on. External factors are the factors that arise in the external environment: the market environment and the competitive environment, the behavior of suppliers and con-sumers, natural and climatic conditions, socio-economic factors, the state, and the legal framework. Taking into account the structural and interaction laws of these factors, it is expedient for the business entity to conduct a comprehensive analy-sis, and study the market situation in their own country and the market of foreign countries. The STEEPLE (social, technological, economic, environmental, social, legal, and ethical) analysis tool is used to analyze, evaluate, and study the business environ-ment that influences business development. This tip is sometimes referred to as PESTLE, which means the same thing when a moral twist is dropped. STEEPLE analysis produces the following macalalap: During the study, a questionnaire was developed to assess the factors affect- ing business development based on the STEEPLE analysis, and all of these fac-tors were evaluated by experts. The survey suggested evaluating the weight of a group of seven factors proposed on a five-point scale to assess the factors influ-encing business development, ranking the key indicators for which each factor is assessed [20]. CONCLUSION To further develop business in Uzbekistan, to study the knowledge and capa- bilities of each person in doing business, to study the problems of doing business financing, to take measures to help them, and to create a number of business op-portunities: Improving the economic and statistical analysis of a business is one of the measures aimed at improving the analysis and planning of economic activity of business entities, the importance of monitoring, studying and forecasting busi-ness development using economic and mathematical models. The author’s defini-tion is developed on “Business is an activity of individuals and legal entities in the system of market relations, aimed at earning income and other positive results in the field of production and service” after the basis of the research of approaches to business and entrepreneurship by scientists. In a survey based on the STEEPLE analysis, Kendall’s concordance coefficient was used to assess the weight of seven groups of factors on a five-point scale to qualitatively assess the factors influenc-ing business development. Development of islamic finance in the digital economy through financial technologies: STARS International University 239 Abstract: In the article, you can see the role and importance of developing Islamic finance in the digital economy through financial technologies. The characteristics of new financial instruments in the Islamic financial system, their connection with modern financial technologies, their place in the world financial market, and efficiency indicators were analyzed. The level and share of the use of financial technologies of the Islamic bank in the digital economy are studied and analyzed by the countries of the world. The results of Islamic finance in the digital economy and the results in several directions were achieved, and which areas of the financial system of our country can be used more effectively were analyzed. Keywords: digital economy, Islamic finance, financial technology, digital technology, artificial intelligence, Islamic financial technology, modern technology. Introduction. Today, the digital economy is based on software solutions for issues arising in the market and social relations. First of all, we can count the sectors with a high dependence on the Internet: transport, trade, logistics, etc. For this reason, it can also be called “electronic economy”, “software economy” and “API economy”. The term “digital economy” was first used in 1995 by Don Tapscott. It is used as a separate concept in the publication “Digital Economy: Promise and Peril in the Age of Networked Intelligence”. This publication highlights fundamental innovations, key technologies, and connecting infrastructures as key components of the digital economy. FinTech has garnered an increasing amount of interest in recent years. Banks and financial institutions are taking steps to catch up with the digital and FinTech wave. At the outset, the new trends that are emerging in financial communities, such as digital banking, have been challenging the hegemony of the incumbent banks whose business model has remained constant over several years despite the changing industry landscape. Simultaneously, AI (Artificial Intelligence) is key to the future of digital banking, and more importantly, ethics in AI application is a recurring theme in the literature. Likewise, microfinancing, through the use of FinTech technologies, has opened up the banking sector to NILUFAR ALIQULOVA Teacher of the “Stars international university”aliqulova95@bk.ru DEVELOPMENT OF ISLAMIC FINANCE IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY THROUGH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES https://doi.org/10.47689/STARS.univer-s i t y - 5 - p p 2 3 7 - 2 4 0 «Yangi O‘zbekiston: Moliyaviy hisobotning xalqaro standartlarini joriy etishda muvaffaqiyatli xalqaro tajriba» 16 dekabr, 2022 yil. 240 an entirely neglected part of the business sector. Recently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, digital finance has garnered much support from users in GCC and beyond and FinTech will further drive the digital transformation of the financial services industry 1 . Results. Technologically, the digital economy can be divided into 4 areas: mobile technologies, business analytics, “cloud” technologies, and social media. Also, the creation and improvement of various platforms for ordering services, joint use of resources, sorting of counterparties, electronic trade, payments, and other purposes will accelerate 2 . According to the ledgers, the digital economy has a significant impact on more than half of the various industries. According to the World Bank, a 10% increase in the number of high-speed Internet users can increase annual GDP growth by 0.4-1.4%52 3 . In recent years, the growth of Internet speed and usage has been accelerating. Global Internet traffic alone was 100 Gb/s in 2002, reached 46,000 Gb by 2017, and is projected to increase to 150,700 Gb by 2022. The main factors of the transition of socio-economic development to the trajectory of the digital economy are as follows: - implementation of the electronic government concept;- the creation of the concept of a “digital city” based on comprehensive informatization of transport, housing, and other areas; - popularization of new technological products on the market (such as driverless cars); - wide use of 3D printers;- the large-scale production of construction and finishing products for smart and environmentally friendly houses; - increase in demand for innovative pharmaceutical products intended for human rejuvenation; - increase in outsourcing and one-time alternative and free-form employment (freelance services); - the creation of a large number of professional networks to advertise the orders of employers 4 . Islamic finance is one segment of the finance industry that offers a lot of potential for digital transformation due to the tremendous number of opportunities available for Islamic finance institutions (IFIs) to embark on to achieve multiple strategic objectives. With the help of digitalization, IFIs can achieve financial inclusion, offer customer-oriented financial services, and operational excellence and gain a competitive advantage over their peers. Crowdfunding, peer-to-peer model and payment platforms, smart contracts and blockchain, cryptocurrencies, cybersecurity, and so on are among a few emerging channels of digital transformation that could be utilized in the Islamic finance industry. Even though Islamic banks are at par with their conventional counterpart when it comes to technological development, the Shariah aspect of the financial transaction can 1 Nafis Alam, Syed Nazim Ali. Knowhow about the blockchain or the permissibility of cryptocurrency can deter the adoption of Fintech within the Islamic finance industry 1 . In Islamic fintech, risk-sharing opportunities are being created through innovative startups for those who want to invest based on Islamic principles. Digital banks (virtual banks) can be cited as an example. Islamic fintech platforms must fully comply with the principles of Islamic finance such as asset-based, interest-free, and risk-sharing. It should also be free of asymmetric information, fraud, and mistrust between participants and counterparties. The use of smart contracts in the open database of calculations (blockchain) serves to increase the efficiency and transparency of fintech companies. Similarly, takaful will ease the processing of insurance claims through IoT platforms. By applying blockchain technologies in waqf (scholarly endowment), great achievements can be made. It can also be noted that Islamic fintech solutions for crowdfunding provide the opportunity to provide financial resources to large social projects that are usually not financed by traditional banks. There are an increasing number of countries that are seeing Islamic Fintech activity or are well-placed to facilitate such activity. As such, a clear need exists for a relative comparison of each country, and this report presents the only Global Islamic Fintech (GIFT) Index. This Index represents which countries are most conducive to the growth of the Islamic Fintech Market & Ecosystem in their jurisdictions. Generally, the introduction of the internet, e-commerce, mobile network, and smart devices has greatly contributed to changing the shape of monetary and financial services. However, the inception of Bitcoin, and other crypto-assets, has been among the greatest influencers and strongest catalysts for disruption. Although the crypto-asset class, like Bitcoin, is still at its infancy stage; experts have already regarded its impact and effect as the beginning of a new technological revolution, particularly relevant to the financial services sector. Money has a history of transformation through several items; shells, wheels, beads, and even cows. Broadly, commodity money was made of a substance that had its own value such as gold and silver coins, unlike representative money which is a certificate or a debit receipt. While fiat currency does not have intrinsic usage or benefit and does not represent an underlying asset in a vault somewhere. Money has indeed already recorded a significant transformation. Today, digital money in the form of virtual currency as represented by Bitcoin and other currency tokens is another significant milestone in the transformation of money. While the value of fiat currency comes from being recognized as legal tender by the government of the issuing country which then leads to its acceptance by the people, Bitcoin’s value emanates from the recognition of stakeholders in the participating community. In other words, it is derived from the general people’s trust in the system and the economic principle of demand and supply of Bitcoin. According to Ifnfintech, a Malaysian publication that covers and analyzes fintech in Islamic finance, there is 122 Islamic fintech operating as of April 2020. This data is regularly updated and in March it recorded 148. A dramatic change occurred 1 Nafis Alam, Syed Nazim Ali. Fintech, Digital Currency and the Future of Islamic Finance. Gulf Research Centre Caml- bridge 2021. – p:5-6. «Yangi O‘zbekiston: Moliyaviy hisobotning xalqaro standartlarini joriy etishda muvaffaqiyatli xalqaro tajriba» 16 dekabr, 2022 yil. 242 due to the fact that the March IT technology and infrastructure group was not included in April. The publication categorizes Islamic fintech companies into more than ten groups as follows: - alternative financing;- digital bank;- blockchain and cryptocurrencies;- data analysis;- takaful- incubator, venture fund, and suppliers;- personal financial management;- P2P financing;- crowdfunding;- roboconsulting;- trade and investment;- payment, transfers, and forex. Conclusion. As Islamic finance is a new field, there is a high demand for fintech in all its areas. Through fintech, Islamic financial services will reach unreached sections of society and untapped potential will be tapped. As with any industry, there are several obstacles to the development of Islamic fintech, and the sooner they are resolved, the more economic results will be achieved. For the development of Islamic fintech, it is important to overcome the following obstacles and challenges: - regulatory and legal documents. The existence of certain legal documents for the creation and introduction of innovations for businesses to protect them from legal negative consequences. - financial support. The vision of fintech platforms is to provide funding from investors such as venture funds and business angels for high-risk innovative ideas. - staff training. Unlike traditional fintech, staff needs to have a good understanding of both Sharia and financial issues. - flexibility. In recent centuries, in the era of very fast-changing technologies, it is important to adapt to the market conjuncture immediately. As well as reducing the role of technology in making Islamic finance unable to compete with conventional finance. - entrepreneurial skills and determination. Creating an equally necessary business environment for all sectors of fast-changing finance is a new trend. Literature cited/bibliography: 1.Nafis Alam, Syed Nazim Ali. Training of qualified specialists in the conditions of digitalization of education: Global dunyoda ilm-fan va ta‘limdagi innovatsion rivojlanishning zamonaviy trendlari 15 dekabr, 2022 yil. 66 Abstract: Modern professions offered high demands on the intellectual skills of employees to students’ place. Information technologies, especially multimedia, provide an opportunity to develop the intellectual skills of students. High requirements for the intellectual development of students occupy one of the leading positions in the international labor market. A delay in the development of intellectual skills means a delay in life. Therefore, in professional preparation of students for the modern digital society, it is necessary, first of all, to develop their intellectual skills and teach them how to apply them in practice. Keywords: intellectual skills, digital society, digitalization of education, media literacy. The era of digital economy dictates new requirements for the system of education and vocational training. One of the priorities of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 6079 “On approval of the strategy “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” and measures for its effective implementation” is the progressive development of the existing education system, which should provide the economy with competent personnel. In addition, this program declares the need to create a motivation system for mastering the necessary competencies and participation of personnel in the development of the digital economy of Uzbekistan. Students should possess the knowledge, skills and competencies related to information technologies to work as a person with high potential in digital economy. The actions of people depend on what extent they are exposed to the information environment and how effectively they can use this information. Each student must receive, process and apply data using computers to function freely in information flows. Working in digital economy has become a prerequisite for success in public life. Speaking about the process of digitalization of the economy and society, first of all, it is necessary to clarify its meaning. In the broadest sense the process of digitalization usually refers to socio-economic changes that began with an initiative to adopt and develop digital technologies widely. The analysis of the problems of modern practice of preparing students for the development of intellectual skills, the analysis of information sources determined the subject of the article – the need to develop students’ intellectual skills in the context of digitalization of education. Additional research methods were: selective interviewing of students; feedback in the format of reviews on implemented training programs for specialists; analysis of the results of internal evaluation during the accreditation procedures, study of the needs of society and employers. Development of digital skills in all segments of the population, especially among young people, the introduction and development of distance, online and virtual learning technologies in digital technologies, development platforms for online courses, generation highly qualified personnel in digital technologies, training talented IT professionals, development of mechanisms for assessing the ability use digital technologies, taking into account the following aspects: – information literacy (the ability to find the information needed for decision making); – computer literacy (the ability to work with digital devices)– media literacy (the ability to study the media critically)– communication literacy (the ability to use modern digital means of communication). In digital economy, developing the skills to use digital technologies should be mainly carried out in the education system, especially in the vocational education system, with the introduction of these skills into practice. In the process of further reforming digital economy in the country, the goal of higher education is to train qualified specialists and personnel with practical skills in applying modern digital, in particular multimedia technologies in the workplace, along with education. Actively support innovative forms, technologies and developments in the educational process, ensuring the interaction of vocational education and production, meeting the individual needs of the individual in intellectual development through vocational education and the development of creative activity. For the introduction of digital technologies in the system of higher education, the following tasks have been set: – to create opportunities for students to acquire digital skills through the introduction of digital technologies at the initial stage of education, develop analytical and critical thinking, give young people knowledge and skills in the context of large-scale digital transformation; – introduction of highly effective international practices into the education system aimed at organizing training in the field of technological professions and innovation; – to increase the number of graduates of higher educational institutions studying in the field of information and communication technologies, graduates of secondary specialized professional educational institutions with an average qualification in the field of information technologies; Global dunyoda ilm-fan va ta‘limdagi innovatsion rivojlanishning zamonaviy trendlari 15 dekabr, 2022 yil. 68 – digitalization of educational materials by ensuring the development and maintenance of a unified state requirement for the use of digitalization formats for paper materials; – development and promotion of research in the field of digital technologies, improvement of their organizational mechanisms; – conducting research on software development for the implementation of various models of “cloud” services; – further improvement of e-learning resources for the system of preschool, secondary and higher education, as well as ensuring the use of domestic and world educational resources [2]. When performing the above tasks, students must be professionally trained personnel who own modern pedagogical and digital technologies, intellectually developed, creative, and have a personal style. Given this, in the digital economy, it is important to develop the intellectual skills of students by increasing their digital literacy. In the digital economy, the quality of social groups is improving in terms of education and intellectual level. N.A. Muslimov [8. P. 45] and K.M. Abdullayeva [3] in their research developed an individual structure of a creative teacher in the process of preparing future teachers in the field of vocational education. In this structure, intellectual, motivational, emotional, self-governing, practical subject and volitional factors influencing on the formation of professional competence of a future teacher in the field of vocational education were identified. These include the acquisition of skills in problem-based learning, creativity and systematic thinking as an intellectual factor. When analyzing the authors, we found several definitions of the content of intellectual skills, many of which used the concept of “intellectual skills” without a definition. V.A. Gusev defines intellectual skills as “mastering the operations of thinking” [6]. T.I. Shamova, on the contrary, considers intellectual skills primarily “mastery of mental operations and independent thinking” [9]. M.V. Zueva [7. PP. 24–28] under the intellectual abilities understands the ability to use the methods of logical thinking in the assimilation of certain educational material. I.S. Yakimanskaya [10] defines intellectual abilities as a link between knowledge and practical skills, providing real knowledge acquisition. Analyzing various approaches to the content of the concept of “intellectual skills” in our study, we came to the following conclusion: intellectual skills is the ability of students to master and apply mental operations consciously in the process of independent creative activity [4. PP. 12–14]. A voluntary approach to learning should have a decisive impact on mental development, since its purpose is to equip student’s variety of knowledge and skills. Mastering the learning material students learn to open connections and relationships, acquire the ability to form clear judgments and definitions of the concepts being mastered, and their actions are based on mental operations. Mastering Operations thinking allows you to determine the relationship between the objects of thought, which leads to the expansion of the subjective space of understanding the content concepts being learned. The connection between theory and practice in digital economy is, first of all, in total, analysis and theoretical generalization of information received, determination STARS International University 69 of patterns in the process of solving problems by students. Analyzing the above considerations, in the course of our research work, we came to the conclusion that students for successful professional activity must acquire intellectual skills. REFERENCES: 1. The financial impact on modern youth: the example of students of technical universities: «Yangi O‘zbekiston: Moliyaviy hisobotning xalqaro standartlarini joriy etishda muvaffaqiyatli xalqaro tajriba» 16 dekabr, 2022 yil. 208 Annotation: In this article the author analyzes the issues of financial literacy among stu- dents of a technical specialty, the correct distribution of finances, and the specifics of the introduction of digital literacy among young people. Key words: specialty, digitalization, harmonious development, financial literacy, effi- ciency, growth. The total technicalization of modern society has led to the destruction of tradi- tional value systems and the loss of spirituality. Violations of the principle of social justice in our country have shifted in public opinion the idea of professions of a creative nature (scientist, engineer, scientist, teacher) to the lower mark of pres-tige. The technocratic model of the specialist has exhausted itself. There was a need to strengthen the substantive parameters of the engineering activities of the humanitarian component: the understanding that every professional task has not only a rational solution but also a value-semantic component. Filling an engineer with the realities of professional life by the need to solve not only technical, but also universal problems, will allow him to overcome the pragmatism of thought, and move on to an inquiring and responsible construction of a modern picture of the world. Society sees a guarantee of self-preservation today in the education in the engineer of new personal qualities that reveal his humanity in any conditions. Against this background, the training of technical specialists who are able to com-bine professional competence with a stable civic position and high spiritual culture is relevant. In a technical university, the question of the unity of educational and spiritual practices of student youth can be resolved in the framework of spiritual lessons. Spirituality as a traditional subject of historical analysis is a necessary con-dition for the self-identification of a person and its harmonious development [1]. Spirituality is a person’s ability to be distracted from solving utilitarian problems and focus on considering important “life-meaning” issues. Spirituality contributes to the actualization of the dialogue between the individual and society in life and professional development. The man turns an external belonging to being into an internal value resource, allowing him to eliminate what threatens the survival of all mankind and social progress. Today, the role and place of spirituality in the mod-ernization of technical education should be emphasized, since knowledge of its scientific essence will allow the future specialist to self-determine the value choice TASHKENBAYEV TASHTEMIR TASHKENBAEVICH TSTU THE FINANCIAL IMPACT ON MODERN YOUTH: THE EXAMPLE OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES https://doi.org/10.47689/STARS.univer-sity-5-pp206-208 STARS International University 209 of lifestyle, the criterion of welfare, and social well-being of not only a personal but also the whole society. The life position of youth is an important platform for understanding and ful- filling their role and purpose in life. A public opinion poll convincingly showed that the defining characteristic of the socio-political portrait of modern youth in Uzbekistan is its attitude to independence as the highest value, and support for the course of reforms. The results of youth surveys conducted over the years of independence allow us to note a high level of education. The main life principles of young Uzbek people are getting an education and profession, and self-improve-ment. The socio-cultural position of students of a technical university has its own spe- cifics. Unlike peers engaged in other activities (military service, labor), these young people are included in educational activities. The content side of the educational process and the attitude of students towards it should become the most import-ant moral value that combines their spirituality with professional competencies and determines their needs, interests, and life expectations in the future. Led by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, work is continuing to improve, restore and preserve our national spiritual heritage, develop science and education, and the head of our state constantly holds meetings on issues of in-creasing attention to young people, their wide involvement in culture, art and sports, the formation of skills in the use of information technology, the promotion of reading books among the young generation and the employment of women[2]. The value relation of a person to the world reveals spirituality both of himself and culture. Values are representations that reflect the value (positive or neg-ative) for a person of objects, events, or phenomena from the point of view of satisfying his needs and interests. The world of values is hierarchical. The ques-tion of distinguishing between higher and lower values is the question of the spiritual content of a person’s life. Higher values (truth, goodness, beauty, etc.) form the image of the due and the perfect. The phenomenon of spirituality is difficult to express in rational terms. You can only, as N.A. wrote Berdyaev catch the signs of the spirit: freedom, meaning, creative activity, appeal to the divine world, and the desire for perfection [3]. Spirituality is the person’s conversion to higher values, the conscious desire of the individual to bring his life closer to the ideal. In this regard, not all cultural norms are spiritual. The spiritual must be contrasted with the natural and the everyday. Spiritual overcoming of everyday life individually. In the era of technocracy, a special deficit of spirituality is especially notice- able among the technical intelligentsia. The technical style of thinking becomes fundamental for all spheres of human life and activity. A technical person is an exaggerated illustration of a “one-dimensional” person who has functionality in the first place. For a technocrat, a person is self-sufficient, valuable, and effec-tive only as part of the production process. Technocrat focuses on ideas: prog-ress, standardization, pragmatism, acceleration of all processes, and rationalism. Rationalism is increasingly associated with optimism and spreads to the whole society: rationally consume more, receive more information, work faster, and produce more products. Technocratic propaganda is enthusiastically accepted by the general public [4]. «Yangi O‘zbekiston: Moliyaviy hisobotning xalqaro standartlarini joriy etishda muvaffaqiyatli xalqaro tajriba» 16 dekabr, 2022 yil. 210 A purposeful increase in the spirituality of students of a technical university involves solving such problems: deepening the perception of moral and ethical values as the basis for motivating responsible behavior, the ability to bring into life plans that do not disconnect, but, on the contrary, unite people, society; preparing young people for life in the global space, turning communication with the state into real solidarity; instilling respect for the values, traditions and lifestyle of differ-ent peoples; promoting multicultural education and tolerance of students through practical (at lectures and seminars) the discovery of interdisciplinary connections of philosophy with other sciences: cultural studies, history, foreign languages, pro-fessiona l ethics, sociology, psychology, mathematics, physics, biology, etc.; at-tracting all employees of higher education (and not just faculty) to the process of self-determination of students in the field of universal values under the influence of various forms of culture: communication, political, economic, subcultures, art, etc.; to form students’ conscious attitude to the world, the experience of social be-havior, control, self-control, the ability to adequately evaluate behavior (their own, first of all); master domestic ethnocultural traditions (native language, history of Uzbekistan, history of religion). The decisive importance of the formation of the spirituality of highly qualified specialists at a technical university is obvious. Students can resolve the contra-dictions both in their own worldviews and between the implementation of edu-cation at a university and the requirements of society on the spiritual and moral formation of future technical specialists. Integration of spirituality into the system of higher education is carried out not only at the level of traditional programs but also in different disciplines. This allows you to optimize fundamental and profes-sional knowledge in the university educational space, fill them with humanitarian content; focus on specific philosophical, cultural, social, environmental, and other global problems of our time. These areas are implemented in the programs of hu-manization and humanization of the educational environment of a technical uni-versity, related to the formation of competencies of students to enhance creative abiliti e s, to bridge the gap between high professional training and the general cultural level. The ability of students to regulate the content of their own world-view with an understanding of personal freedom, a responsible attitude to life, and involvement in the world cultural tradition is the basis of a democratic state under construction in our country with a strong civil society.
