Blockchain technology has dominated research as well as fascinating new business applications. This is because they have the practical ability to address several problems that are now impeding further development in various industrial fields. Creating automated and effective supply chain operations, improving transparency throughout the entire value chain, and securely storing and sharing transactional data are few examples of these issues. Blockchain provides a practical solution to these problems by utilizing distributed, shared, secure, and permissioned transactional ledgers. By enhancing security, efficiency, increasing traceability, transparency, and lowering costs. Blockchain technologies are used in numerous industrial applications. This paper analyses how blockchain technology benefits numerous sectors. Based on the study, it has been determined that blockchain technology aids in real-time data-based risk management, better auditing, cost reduction, and transparency in trade finance.
