Abstract
以船用柴油机曲轴止推片为研究对象,搭建了一种模拟止推片工作条件的试验装置,以止推片温度为表征参量,开展了止推片不同油槽结构、不同润滑供油条件下的承载特性对比试验.试验表明:带斜面直油槽结构相比直油槽结构更有利于布油,提高止推片承载能力约2 9%;强制润滑供油比飞溅润滑对止推片有更好的润滑冷却效果,有利于提高承载能力.上述研究成果为船用柴油机止推片设计提供了参考.
A test device for simulating the working conditions of the crankshaft thrust plate for marine diesel engine was built and the temperature of the thrust plate was used as the characterization parameter to carry out comparative tests of the bearing characteristics of the thrust plate under different oil groove structures and differ-ent lubrication supply conditions.The test results show that the straight oil groove structure with inclined plane is more conducive to oil distribution than the straight oil groove structure and the bearing capacity of the thrust plate is increased by about 29%.Forced lubrication has a better lubrication and cooling effect on the thrust plate than splash lubrication,which is conducive to improving the bearing capacity.The above research results provide a reference for the design of thrust plates for marine diesel engine.
