Abstract
本文利用反渗透浓缩技术与冷冻技术的科学方法和手段,研究和探讨迫使五味子保健酒中易沉淀成分过饱和析出,来提高酒的澄清效果和稳定性,为中药保健酒的规模化生产提供一种新工艺和新方法。
Clarification and stability of Schisandra chinensis health wine were improved by forcing easy to precipi-tate composition supersaturated precipitation from health wine by using reverse osmosis enrichment technology and frozen technology. It provides a kind of new technology and new method for large scale production of traditional chines medicine health wine.
