Abstract
The professional happiness of preschool teachers is one of the important factors affecting the teaching quality of kindergartens. The high-level professional happiness of preschool teachers is the prerequisite for preschool teachers to engage in daily work and carry out teaching activities, and the guarantee for them to better carry out their daily lives and integrate into society. Through the literature quantitative analysis method, this study takes the relevant journal papers in the field of 'Professional Happiness of Preschool Teachers' from 2003 to March 28, 2022, as the research object, and uses three big data analysis software: VOSviewer, Gephi and Microsoft Excel. Analyzed from the dimensions of annual posting volume, high volume journal literature, high-citation core literature, research cooperation, high-frequency keywords, and other dimensions, presenting the knowledge map of research in the field of professional happiness of preschool teachers since 2003, sorting out the development context of research on the professional happiness of preschool teachers, and grasping the position of preschool teachers in recent years. Hotspots, phrases, and cutting-edge trends in the study of industry happiness. In the future, the improvement of the professional happiness of preschool teachers needs to grasp the psychology of preschool teachers and realize the step of abstract 'psychology' to the visual and intuitive 'numerical'; improve the conversion rate between theoretical research results and practice in the field of 'professional happiness of preschool teachers'; face psychological problems and seek external assistance; and explore their own interests. To improve the professional level; the society provides support and actively helps.
