Abstract
Several letters to the editor presented related to the housing industry in the U.S. including the impact of aging baby boomers to smaller home footprint, the impact of the cheaper cost of building and operating smaller homes to the declining economy and the efforts of banks to entice consumers with travel miles, refunds and shopping vouchers.
