Abstract
•Mortality in allogeneic stem cell transplant patients who require ICU remains high•High SOFA score on day of admission to the ICU is associated with increased mortality•Mortality is higher in those with a non-decreasing SOFA score on day five of ICU admission•Need for hemodynamic support on day three of ICU admission is also independently associated with mortality
