Abstract
The article discusses research done on the plasma levels of serotonin in patients with high-bone-mass phenotype owing to low-density-lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5 (Lrp5)-T2531. The procedure of the study consisted of serotonin measurement, bone mineral measurement, and statistical analysis. The emergence of Lrp5 as a regulator of bone mass accrual is also reported.
