Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old male with myelodysplastic syndrome with multilineage dysplasia. Topics include increasing serum creatinine level where cyclosporine (CsA) being switched to mycophenolate mofetil (MMF); and patient died several weeks later due to massive bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract as a consequence of thrombocytopenia.
