Abstract
The article describes an unusual case of focal left ventricular (LV) noncompaction. Topics covered include LV pseudoaneurysm, cardiac computed tomographic angiography (CTA), and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). Also mentioned are pseudo-pseudoaneurysm or the false appearance of pseudoaneurysm and the septal location of the multiple intramyocardial recesses.
