Abstract
A reaction of monoarylcyclopropanes with nitrosyl chloride activated by sulfur (IV) oxide gave in good yields 5-arylisoxazolines. The reaction is of electrophilic character. A scheme of the reaction was suggested. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
