Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 72-year-old woman presented in an emergency room with a history of anterior wall myocardial infarction (MI), implanted cardioverter-defibrillator, recurrent ventricular tachycardia and coronary artery bypass grafting. It mentions that the woman has a QRS complex width of 93 ms and that multipolar catheters were placed in her high right atrium. The article discusses a case of converted QRS complex ventricular tachycardia.
