Abstract
B Learning Objectives: b Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a rare but devastating complication of anticoagulation. B Methods: b We conducted a retrospective cohort study to describe initial presentation, management and outcomes of patients with spontaneous ICH (subarachnoid or intracerebral hemorrhage) under DOACs versus warfarin. Blood pressure management and systolic blood pressure targets were variable: 17.3 % patients < 140 mmHg, 28.6% patients < 160 mmHg, 29.6% patients without target (range 140-200 mmHg).
