Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 67-year-old male patient who complained of long-standing headache to the outpatient clinic and had a history of hypertension and smoking. Absence of bilateral internal carotid arteries as well as aneurysms in the posterior circulation were revealed following the performed computed tomographic angiogram. He was diagnosed with bilateral internal carotid artery (ICA) hypoplasia and multiple aneurysms.
