Abstract
The article presents the case of an 18-year-old Caucasian man who was brought to the emergency department for two month-history of headache, difficulty in walking and progressive clumsiness. The patient underwent cerebrospinal fluid analysis that revealed cellular pleocytosis with mild elevation in protein. The article discusses a case of serum leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1 (LGI1) autoantibodies with cerebral degeneration.
