Abstract
Discusses the role of Forkhead transcription factors AFX in cell-cycle regulation in Caenorhabditis elegans. Transcriptional activation of cell-cycle inhibitor p27kip1 by AFX, which results to increased protein levels; Growth suppression along the cell lines caused by the overexpression of the transcription factors.
