Abstract
Regarding therapy options, solitary C-ALCL tumor is usually treated with local excision and/or radiotherapy, whereas first-line treatment for multifocal lesions is methotrexate. Melchers et al. published a study with six patients ALK+ C-ALCL included in the Dutch registry for cutaneous lymphomas.3 The median age was 39 years, and all patients presented with a solitary lesion. Three patients presented more than one lesion, but none showed a disseminated pattern of lesions. [Extracted from the article]
