Abstract
The article discusses a study conducted to compare FIX activity, measured using the one-stage clotting and chromogenic assays in adults/adolescents and children with haemophilia B in clinical trial programs. It is noted that FIX activity levels were measured through using the two assays by using a Bland-Altman plot.
