Abstract
The article offers information on how the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) will address health equity. It mentions variety of options for Diplomates— from reviewing differences in clinical quality among groups who historically have experienced disparities, to assessing previously unrecognized barriers to equal access in their own practices and staff, to community level assessments and interventions addressing social determinants of health.
