Presentation of CaseA 63-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of fever, a bullous lesion on the right buttock, and subcutaneous emphysema.The patient was well until one month earlier, when there was the onset of intermittent constipation and diarrhea, with occasional fecal incontinence.
