이 연구의 목적은 학교폭력 예방 어울림 프로그램에 참여한 초등학생의 구체적인 경험을 이해하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 어울림 프로그램 우수 운영학교의 초등학생 40명을 대상으로 초점집단토론(FGD)을 진행하였다. 내용분석을 통해 학생들이 어울림 프로그램에 참여하며 어울림 프로그램의 체험, 학교폭력 예방역량의 함양, 전이, 적용 및 적용 결과로 연결되는 일련의 과정을 파악할 수 있었다. 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 학생들은 어울림 프로그램 참여를 통해 1) 지식 및 기술을 습득하고 타인의 입장을 이해하며 친구들과 소통하는 경험을 할 수 있었고, 2) 이를 통해 지식뿐 아니라 인식과 행동의 변화가 일어났으며, 3) 습득한 지식과 기술을 실제 장면에 적용해보는 경험을 바탕으로, 4) 긍정적 감정뿐 아니라 나아가 관계 변화와 학급의 변화를 경험하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 1) 구체적 사례 및 체험·활동 중심 수업과 2) 어울림 프로그램 운영을 통한 학급문화 조성을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to understand the specific experiences of elementary school students who participated in the School Violence Prevention Harmony Program. For this purpose, a Focused Group Discussion(FGD) was conducted with 40 elementary school students from schools with excellent operation of the Aullim program. Through the content analysis, it was possible to identify a series of processes leading to the students participating in the Aullim program, the experience of the Aullim program, the cultivation of school violence prevention competency, transfer, application, and application results. The main contents are as follows. Students 1) acquired knowledge and skills, understood the position of others, and had an experience of communicating with their friends through participation in the socialization program, 2) through this, not only knowledge but also perceptions and behaviors were changed, 3) Based on the experience of applying the acquired knowledge and skills to actual scenes, 4) not only positive emotions, but also changes in relationships and classes were experienced. Based on the results of the analysis, 1) classes focused on specific cases and experiences and activities, and 2) implications for creating a class culture through the operation of the Hangul program were discussed.
