AbstractStudy on the impact of production and marketing on agricultural product quality control mechanism under the environment of digital economyWang GangSupervised by Prof. Jing RanDept. of Global Business & Entrepreneurship Graduate School of Gachon University The quality and safety of agricultural products is not only related to the consumption and health of residents, but also related to the sustainable development of agriculture, which is one of the hot spots of the government and residents.With the comprehensive development of digital economy and the continuous improvement of Chinese resident consumption level, new research topics are put forward on the quality and safety of agricultural products.At present, the problem of domestic and foreign research on the quality and safety of agricultural products based on production and marketing informatization in the environment of digital economy is still insufficient, This paper studies the control mechanism and mode of agricultural product quality and safety under the environment of digital economy, The capability of the application of intelligent agriculture under the Internet of Things technology is proposed, And the ability to do marketing under e-commerce influence, And the integration ability of the main information technology, To the production, logistics, processing, sales and other production and marketing links of information intervention, Realize the information traceability of the whole chain, Can effectively improve food safety and quality, It also helps to improve the relevant research system, And to provide a reference for the relevant policy formulation.In nearly four years of food safety problems, the outbreak of imported food safety, based on the definition of the concept and connotation, the theory and logic framework, the analysis of the quality and safety problems of agricultural products and decision basis, through the influence of the quality and safety control mechanism, proposed to improve the quality and safety control level.Based on the results of the safety samples of online sold agricultural products, the current situation, risks and problems of agricultural products in the e-commerce environment are analyzed, and the research of the technology of smart agriculture is adopted.Combined with the questionnaire survey data, the key control point system for the quality and safety of agricultural products is constructed to determine the key control points for the quality and safety of agricultural products in the e-commerce environment.Based on the field research data, the regression model was constructed to verify that the production and marketing information can have a positive impact on the quality and safety control of agricultural products.To provide theoretical reference to improve the quality and safety control level of agricultural products in the e-commerce environment, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.The main conclusions of this article are summarized as follows: First, the integration of agricultural products production and marketing informatization of intelligent agriculture based on the Internet of Things and Internet-based e-commerce has a positive role in the quality control and safety of agricultural products.Second, the e-commerce for producers and operators and build a direct communication platform for consumers, reduce the risk caused by information asymmetry, shorten the circulation link while reduce the quality loss on the way, promote the standardization of agricultural products, contribute to the quality and safety control level of agricultural products and the development of agricultural products.Third, the key control links and key control points for the quality and safety of agricultural products in the smart agricultural environment are selected, among which the soil heavy metal monitoring and pesticide application measures are the key control points that affect the safety attributes of agricultural products, and the temperature and humidity control of the transportation environment is the key control points that affect the quality attributes of agricultural products.Fourth, the production bases that carry out crop production and marketing informatization are generally superior to the undeveloped production bases in the level of quality and safety control of agricultural products, and the informatization of crop production and sales can have a positive impact on the quality control of agricultural products respectively.Fifth, the selection of the quality and safety control and cooperation mode of agricultural products under the information environment of production and marketing is influenced by the characteristics of the person in charge of the production base, the characteristics of the production base and other factors.
