Abstract
“Microwave를 활용한 친환경 타일접착방법에 관한 기초자료“를 제시하고자 국내 H현장에서 적용된 친환경접착제 3종을 대상으로 Microwave를 활용한 친환경접착방법과의 성능을 비교분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. Microwave를 활용한 친환경 접착제의 경우 평균 5.2㎏f/㎠로 접착제 대비 낮은 부착강도를 나타내었으나, 타일부착강도 기준인 4㎏f/㎠를 상외하는 것으로 측정되어, 타일부착용 접착방법으로 사용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.2. 접착제 별 TVOCs 측정결과 A사의 경우 동일등급의 B사 대비 2배 이상의 TVOCs 수치가 측정되어, 동일등급 내에서도 우수성능의 평가 등 사용자의 선택을 감안한다면, 현 기준의 세분화 또는 기존 등급의 강화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.3. A사의 경우 최우수 등급의 HCHO수치인 0.03mg/㎡·h의 조건을 만족시켜지 못하는 것으로 측정되었으며, 실험오차로 감안하기에는 그 값이 너무 커 기존 친환경인증 제도 및 검증에 대한 재고가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.4. 부착강도 와 TVOCs 및 HCHO의 상관관계측정결과 유해물질의 방산 수치가 증가함에 따라 부착강도가 증가하는 것으로 측정되었다. 이는 부착의 기존 메커니즘인 결합 고화 등의 성능이 TVOCs 및 HCHO의 수치에 비례하기 때문으로 판단된다.5. 현장적용성 평가결과 기존접착제의 경우 시공시 현장오염 및 제거시 타일의 파손과 면처리의 추가적인 관리가 요구되는 반면, M/W친환경공법의 경우 고출력조사로 인한 접착물질의 제거로 타일의 제사용이 가능하였으며, 추가적인 면처리가 불필요함에 따라 시공성 및 유지관리성이 우수한 것으로 측정되었다.Microwave를 활용한 친환경 타일접착방법을 기존접착공법과 비교분석한 결과 기존 접착제의 경우 친환경인증을 받은 제품에서도 기준치이상의 유해물질의 방산이 측정되었으며, 현장적용에서도 다양한 문제점이 발견되었다. 따라서 원천적인 유해물질의 방사가 없으며, 탈부착이 간편하여 시공성이 우수한 Microwave를 활용한 친환경 접착방법은 그 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
The tile, internal and external finishing material of the buildings, is excellent at waterproof, fireproof, anti-contamination, durability increasing outfitting effect for the buildings to hold better quality, and so it's used widely such as residential and commercial complex & department stores, stores, offices in the downtown as well as residential buildings. The polishing tile among porcelain tiles is a type with its surface polished smoothly, and with its high strength & absorptance having advantage over existing tiles, and its utilization is getting increased. However, due to its weight and size, problems such as dropping down is caused while conducting a construction work with existing tile adhesive way generating increase in amount of tile adhesive. Such building finishing materials, treated with chemicals, emit volatile substances over the long term causing various problems such as sick house syndrome, and so it's the time for a new construction method to be substituted for the existing adhesive.Microwave adhesive method is to adhere asymmetry charge substance with low melting point on the back of the subject to heating unit and irradiate microwave targeting the heating unit to be melted to get adhesive power for firm adherence. Like this, microwave used adhesive method don't generate pollutant such as total organic compounds & formaldehyde, and so in this study, a test was carried out to propose a basic data of environmental friendly adhesive method using microwave, and its results are as below.1. In case of microwave used environmental friendly adhesives, its strength appeared as 5.2㎏f/㎠ on the average. lower degree than adhesives, but higher than 4㎏f/㎠ the tile adhesive strength standard, and that it can be used for tile adhesive method.2. As the results of TVOCs measurement by adhesives, the TVOCs of A firm showed more than double value compared with that of B firm in the same degree, and so if the users' choice such as evaluation on excellent efficiency within the same degree would be taken into account, it seems like the current standard should be segmented or existing grade should be strengtened.3. In A firm case, its highest value of HCHO measured as 0.03mg/㎡, which hasn't satisfied h condition, too big value to take as an experimental error, and so the existing environmentally friendly certification & verification need to be reconsidered.4. The measurement result of correlation between adhesive strength and TVOCs 7 HCHO showed that the more the diffusion value of harmful substance increased, the more the adhesive strength increased. And it seem to be so by the efficiency of fusion or lithification, the existing mechanism of adherence is proportional to TVOCs & HCHO values.5. In evaluation results of site applications relevant to existing adhesives, an additional treatment for tile damage and surface treatment were required at the time of eliminating contamination, while in M/W environmental friendly construction method case, reuse of tile was possible thanks to irradiation by a high power in removing adhesive substance by which additional surface treatment wasn't required resulting in an excellent construction operation & maintenanceAs the results of comparative analysis between microwave used environmental friendly tile adhesive method with existing adhesive method, a diffusion of harmful substance more than the standard value was measured even in the product certified as environmental friendly product and was detected to have diverse problems in site application. Accordingly, an environmental friendly adhesive method using microwave, which doesn't emit harmful substance at all along with easy adherence /removal could be an alternative
