Abstract
A hydrothermal method is used for preparing Mn-doped BaTi[O.sub.3] nanoparticles. A ferromagnetic behavior is seen in the Mn-doped BaTi[O.sub.3] at low temperature, which is attributed to the exchange coupling interaction between the [Mn.sup.2+] ions and the [Ti.sup.4+] vacancy.
