Financial resources of social enterprise are based on 4 dimensions: First, private market, second, public purchase, third, subsidy and forth, donation. This study focused on public purchase and analyzed procurement system for social enterprise in Chungbuk area to improve its strategy and policy. The result shows that present condition of social enterprises in public procurement markets at each municipalities in Chungbuk area is still unspecialized. Thus developing distribution networks of each specialized social enterprise is needed while local government uses priority rule for social enterprise in public procurement process. In addition improving collaboration policy is also important between private sector and public sector through social enterprise on a mid-long term basis.
