Abstract
With the continuous expansion of power system scale and the increasingly complex power network, ensuring the safe and stable operation of transmission lines has become an important challenge for the power industry. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a design of 3D digital simulation system for transmission lines based on deep learning. The system integrates deep learning technology, attention mechanism and visual interface, aiming at improving the operation efficiency of power system, reducing the risk of failure, and providing comprehensive support for the digital transformation of power industry. The 3D data of transmission lines are accurately modeled and simulated by using the 3D feature extraction network of self-coding network and other structures. By introducing attention mechanism, the system can pay more attention to the key parts of transmission lines and improve the perception ability of important information. The designed visual interface provides intuitive data display and user interaction functions, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can monitor the running status of transmission lines in real time, check the simulation results and make adjustments as needed. This not only improves the availability of the system, but also enhances the real-time management and control ability of the operation and maintenance personnel to the power system.
