Abstract
In this paper, the conducted emission (CE) simulation and prediction model is established for the analysis of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by the inverter module in a Power Conversion System. Firstly, according to the principle of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the mechanism of the CE in the Power Conversion System is analyzed. Then, the characteristic modeling of the IGBT, which is a main interference device in the Power Conversion System, is carried out. Moreover, the associated parasitic parameters have also been modeled, and the CE simulation prediction is realized by the “field-circuit” coupling simulation technology, i.e., combing the software HFSS with Simplorer. Finally, in comparison with the simulation results and the measured results of the CE, they change synchronously and have good consistency, which demonstrates the validity of the modeling and simulating method.
