Abstract
Reflectarray has gained attention to reduce the coverage holes in 5G. Reflectarray is evaluated by the bistatic radar cross section (RCS) measurements. However, bistatic RCS measurements are complicated as compared to monostatic RCS measurement. This paper presents the monostatic-bistatic equivalent theorem (MBET) to estimate bistatic scattering fields of reflectarray. By using the MBET, the bistatic RCS pattern of reflectarray can be predicted by the simple measurement of the monostatic RCS. The effectiveness of the MBET is demonstrated for the reflectarray with tilt beam and dual beam in the simulation and measurement.
