Abstract
The new power system carries the historical mission of energy transformation and is an important component of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system. It has the characteristics of clean, low-carbon, safe and controllable, flexible and efficient, intelligent and friendly, and open interaction. At the same time, with the profound adjustment of the energy landscape, profound changes have been brought to the power structure, load characteristics, power grid morphology, technical foundation, and operational characteristics. The new features and changes of the new power system have put forward a series of new requirements for the digitization of the power grid. This article starts with the construction of a new type of basic digital base for power systems, using digital technology to promote smarter power grids, platform empowerment to promote more efficient operations, business innovation to promote better services, dual carbon layout to promote greener energy, establishment of platform based standard service capabilities, aggregation of all factor data resource pools, and research on digital station basic digital base business interaction interface technology. According to the principle of unified collection, storage, and utilization of power grid information, modeling is based on the SG-CIM model specification to provide standardized data. By unifying basic software and hardware facilities, equipment information models, and application development specifications, a unified data interface for digital station information is formed, achieving device centric panoramic data aggregation and sharing, and visualizing operation and maintenance business. Deeply implementing the new national energy security strategy and building new power system related requirements, the goal of digital construction is to improve equipment management and production control penetration.
