Abstract
In response to the problems that the traditional power quality evaluation method is computationally intensive and ignores the correlation, scenario and shortcomings of power quality indexes, this paper proposes a comprehensive power quality evaluation method based on the time-series interval-valued fuzzy soft set. Firstly, the power quality evaluation system is constructed according to the characteristics of regional power grid. The evaluation method based on interval value can avoid the disadvantage of single monitoring data which can hardly reflect the fluctuation range of disturbance and improve the reasonableness of evaluation; the use of horizontal, vertical, longitudinal and non-temporal integration can fully show the temporal characteristics of power quality disturbance from different dimensions and improve the comprehensiveness and specificity of evaluation; the proposed evaluation method based on temporal interval value fuzzy soft set is not only applicable to The proposed method is not only applicable to the comprehensive evaluation of power quality, but also applicable to the evaluation of other objects with fluctuation, time-series and uncertainty of index parameters, which is very expandable. Finally, through the analysis of the measured data, it is verified that the proposed method can avoid the singularity of the data evaluation method compared with the traditional method.
