Abstract
Integrated energy system is an important path for the development of energy revolution and will play an important role in the future energy system; it is of great significance to carry out the research on the multi-energy coupling characterization and modeling technology of integrated energy system. The paper summarizes the research results of research institutes and scholars in various countries around the world on the multi-energy coupling characterization and modeling technology of integrated energy system in recent years. On this basis, the current status of the research and the future research direction are analyzed.
