Abstract
With the proposal of "dual carbon" goal, the installed capacity of new energy is increasing rapidly, but the randomness and unpredictability of new energy affect the security of power grid. The stability of power grid requires the thermal power plant to carry out the task of peak regulation, but the thermal power plant to undertake the task of deep peak regulation is not high income, poor enthusiasm. Based on the operation rules of auxiliary service market in Northeast China, this paper studies the deep peak shaving task of energy storage system auxiliary thermal power plant. At the same time, the cost of all-vanadium flow battery was modeled and calculated, and the control strategy of charge and discharge limit of energy storage was adopted based on the depth peak shaving benchmark. The cost model and profit model of the energy storage system are constructed, and the economic analysis of the energy storage system in the combined fire storage system is carried out. Further explore the feasibility of energy storage system combined with thermal power plant peak regulation.
