Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low informationization in the field of carbon verification, we propose the design and implementation of a digital carbon verification terminal based on the design concept of power energy controller. After the launch of the national carbon market in 2021, carbon verification will become more important, and the national goal of “double carbon” cannot be achieved without the informationization and digitalization of carbon trading and carbon verification. Firstly, we summarize the application situation and experience of power energy function, analyze the existing carbon verification process, calculation methodology and data quality requirements, and integrate the mature new technology in the industry, and propose the design idea of digital carbon verification terminal based on power energy controller. The technical architecture and key technologies are clarified, and in-depth design and implementation are carried out from all levels, including terminal type, principle architecture, technical performance, and software architecture.
