Abstract
To simplify the processing alerting people with new employment opportunities and to make the recruitment process easier and less expensive, various Job Portal applications are developed. Nowadays, Job Portal is the most often utilised application in the internet-based recruitment process. It also aids in lowering the overall cost of the recruitment project. However, because it is a well-known platform, there are several providers of the same. LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other well-known job portals are examples. These platforms employ a variety of ways to deliver various features such as job suggestion systems, resume ranking, application tracking and so on. However, in order to be successful in finding work, one needs to possess the necessary abilities. Different sites, such as Udemy and Coursera, also provide these skills. In this study, several Job Portals as well as Skill Development apps are studied. Furthermore, a more research emphasis is dedicated to know how jobs and skills are interdependent on each other.
