Abstract
This paper presents a PWM controlled Buck DC-DC converter. Switching frequency is up to 10MHz and optimized output voltages are 0.65V, 0.9V and 1.2V. At maximum switching frequency the DC-DC converter presents an efficiency of 73% with a current load of 300mA and 0.9V as output and 78% for the same load current and 1.2V as output voltage both from 3.6V input voltage. Average ripple is lower than 18mV for both outputs.
