Abstract
In times of international competition and global benchmark not only a high degree of readiness to invest and good technical structure is required to achieve the company's objectives. The employees' creativity and richness of ideas can make a substantial contribution to the success of a company. This means that ideasmanagement, i.e. handling employees' ideas, can become an important success factor.
