Abstract
为验证引信产品的主要功能和性能,提高产品生产中的检测效率,设计了一种引信电路部件全流程测试系统,完成对引信电路部件时间装定功能、测速修正、触发、延期和自毁功能的全流程测试.采用继电器控制模块准确模拟引信开关信号和上电信号,采用外接信号发生器模拟引信测速所需的地磁信号,增强引信测试的可信度并减少设计的复杂性.采用一键式操作技术,依次对引信时间装定、触发、延期、自毁等不同的工作模式进行模拟测试,一套测试系统就可以对2 种外观状态的引信进行测试,测试输出结果由示波器直接读取,测试时间短,误差小,大大提高了产品测试效率,降低了成本.实验结果表明:测试系统可完成对引信功能的全流程测试,检测结果满足测试系统所要求的误差范围,符合功能设计的要求,达到了引信电路部件测试的预期效果,可为其他引信测试设备提供设计经验.
In order to verify the main functions and performance of fuze products and improve the detection efficiency in product production,a whole-process test system for fuze circuit components is designed to complete the full-process test of the timing assembly function,speed correction,trigger,delay and self-destruction function of fuze circuit components.The relay control module is used to accurately simulate the fuze switching signal and power-on signal,and the external signal generator is used to simulate the geomagnetic signal required for fuze speed measurement,which enhances the credibility of the fuze test and reduces the complexity of the design.Using one-button operation technology,the fuze time installation,trigger,delay,self-destruction and other different working modes for simulation test,a set of test system can test the two appearances of the fuze,the test output results are directly read by the oscilloscope,the test time is short,the error is small,greatly improving the product testing efficiency and reducing the cost.The experimental results show that the test system can complete the whole process test of the fuze function,and the test results meet the error range required by the test system,meet the requirements of the functional design,and achieve the expected effect of the fuze circuit component test,which can provide design experience for other fuze test equipment.
