Abstract
通过完善评价方式和手段,明确了评价结果与课程目标支撑的对应关系,构建了基于学生能力达成的食品生产实习课程形成性评价机制,实现了对学生课程学习全程跟踪与评估,准确地反映了学生能力达成程度和实践教学培养质量,保障了教师"教"和学生"学"的产出评价与持续改进.
In order to accurately reflect the achievement of students' abilities and the quality of practical teaching,and ensure the outcome evaluation and continuous improvement of teaching and learning,the study explores the evaluation methods of formative evaluation of food production practice.By improving the evaluation methods and means,the corresponding relationship between the assessment results and the curriculum objectives was clarified,and the formative assessment mechanism of the food production practice based on students' ability achievement was constructed,which realized the whole process tracking and evaluation of students' curriculum learning.
