Abstract
The article offers a study which aims to evaluate the link between dietary intake and serum concentrations of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) , IGF binding protein (IGFBP) 1, IGFBP-2, and IGFBP-3 in a cross-sectional analysis. It is noted that the intake of dairy protein or calcium is a significant dietary determinant of IGF-I and IGFBP-2 concentrations.
