Abstract
The article discusses a study that reviewed the use of the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to assess the wave of energy potential in Taiwan for the development of a renewable energy. The article explains that the process is needed to determine the important sequence and find out key factors for a successful selection of appropriate sites for wave energy farms in the country. It showed that the key success factors are wave energy flux, water depth and typhoon and distance to shoreline.
