Abstract
The article presents the highlights of the hybrid XVI International Magnesium Symposium in Glasgow, Scotland in July 2022. Topics include updates on magnesium (Mg2+ ) research, the evaluation of pathologic hypo- or hyper-magnesemia conditions, and the role of Mg2+ in agriculture. Presenters include Roberta Cazzola of University of Milano, Stefano Iotti of University of Bologna, and Andrea Rosanoff of the Center for Magnesium Education & Research (CMER).
