Abstract
The article discusses the case characteristics of patients who were infected with the H1N1 and subsequently hospitalized between May 1, 2009 and July 17, 2009. The study covered 112 patients, 15 of which were women and 4 of whom were either pregnant or in the post-partum stage. Of the 112, thirty required intensive care of 5-16 days and three died. The results of the study indicate higher risk factors for pregnant women.
