Abstract
The article focuses on content and delivery of Canadian college accounting courses. Particular attention is given to investigating course work and teaching methods in academic accounting programs. This study is a part of the Canadian Academic Accounting Association (CAAA) education initiative "Research on the State of and Prospects for Canadian University Accounting Education." The authors seek to analyze information relevant to program and course content in Canada and to get the opinions of accounting teachers on the goals, methods, and problems they encounter in teaching.
