Details on a pars plana vitrectomy and lensectomy performed on 62-year-old man with blurry vision and pain in the right eye; Examinations done on 76-year-old man for visual acuity; Removal of baerveldt tube in a 70-year-old women with decreased vision after cataract extraction; Details of the categories of endophthalmitis.
