Abstract
The article provides an overview on several topics concerning Europe. A report by the European Commission on July 2, 2008 responds on the request of European Union (EU) leaders to examine the policies and instruments available to improve Roma inclusion. A report on Social Services of General Interest that plays a role in promoting cohesion, employment, social inclusion, and economic growth was presented in July 2, 2008. The application for funding of EU Globalisation Fund that will benefit over 1500 Spanish car workers gains approval from European Commission on July 23, 2008.
