Abstract
The article discusses a study regarding the case of a woman with a right-handed tremor and was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy (MSA). Topics include the Parkinsonian symptoms, the presence of α-synuclein-positive oligodendroglial cytoplasmic inclusions (GCIs) in the brain, and the application of standard neuropathological diagnostic techniques.
