Abstract
The article presents a study on the genomic features in adolescent and young adults and clinical outcome for non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Topics include the difference of the clinical outcome of NHL between younger and older populations, potential therapeutic targets specific for younger population, and age-related genomic profiles of NHL. Alterations in histone modification genes are discussed.
