Abstract
The article explores the effect of radical cation of helical beta-oligothiophene on cross-conjugated system. It mentions that helicenes possess near-infrared (NIR) chirooptical property which attracts investigation. Moreover, it emphasizes that stable radical cations affect the chiral conductors and alpha oligothiophene radical cations.
