Abstract
The article focuses on the high-throughput analysis of single hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microfluidic cell culture array. Topics discussed include soft lithography for cell culture, transport of water vapour in the culture through polydimethylsiloxane and incorporation of interleukin 11 in the culture for stimulation of cell growth and immunal activities. It further discusses cell immunostaining technique for analysis of hematopoietic stem cell.
