Abstract
The article focuses on the high-throughput analysis of single hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, in polydimethyl­siloxane (PDMS) microfluidic cell culture array. Topics discussed include soft lithography for cell culture, transport of water vapour in the culture through polydimethyl­siloxane and incorporation of interleukin 11 in the culture for stimulation of cell growth and immunal activities. It further discusses cell immunostaining technique for analysis of hematopoietic stem cell.
